Placing an Order Through Our Website

1. Browse Our Products: Navigate through our extensive catalog to find the resources and materials that align with your program's needs.
   
   

2. Add to Quote: For each desired item, click the "Add to Quote" button. This action compiles your selected items into a quote list, allowing for easy review and adjustments.
   
   

3. View Quote: Once you've selected all necessary items, click on the "View Quote" option. Here, you can review your selections, modify quantities, or remove items as needed.
   
   

4. Submit Quote: After finalizing your selections, click "Submit" to send your quote request to our team. We will promptly review your submission and provide a detailed quote, including pricing and availability.
   
   

Processing Purchase Orders (POs)

We understand that many locations require official purchase orders, and we have streamlined the process to accommodate this need.

• Issuing a PO: Once you've received our quote, you will use this to generate a purchase order through your district's procurement system.
  
  

• Submitting the PO: Email the completed PO to our dedicated team at Kaleb@eldapparel.com. This ensures we receive and process your order without delay.
  
  

Payment Methods

To accommodate various district policies and preferences, we offer multiple payment options:

• Checks: Make payable to ELD Apparel LLC and mail to the address listed on invoices 
  
  

• Credit Cards: We accept major credit cards. If you have already created a quote, please contact our billing contact at Elliot@eldapparel.com to process payments securely. Otherwise, you can add products to your cart, rather than quote, and check out securely with your credit card information.
  
  

• Other Methods: If your district utilizes alternative payment methods, please reach out to us to discuss and arrange suitable accommodations.
  
  

Shipping / Processing
